Payment

We require a 50% deposit before commencement of work and the remaining 50% before delivery of our final report. Payment is accepted in sterling only by cheque or bank transfer.  Cheques made out to: Know Who You Are - sent to 30E Udney Park Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 9BG.  Bank transfer: Santander, sort code: 09-01-29, account number 10788073, account name: N Dexter 

Expenses

Our prices include all our own printing, copying, and postage charges.  Other charges, such as local record office charges (eg for copying) are charged at cost.  Certificates additional to those included in the agreed price packages are charged at £9.25. We charge actual train fares; car mileage is charged at 40p per mile. Travel time is not charged; only our time spent researching is charged.
